🎄✨🌟The Downtown Jingle 5K is dashing into Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket this holiday season for its most exciting race yet! 🎄✨🌟
Set for December 13th, 2026 with a NEW 4pm 5K start time, runners will enjoy a new night run experience featuring an unforgettable finish as they race through a spectacular display of dazzling holiday lights before crossing the finish line.
But the excitement doesn’t end there! Immediately following the race, all participants will receive exclusive access to head inside the stadium for a special seasonal event, featuring holiday-themed entertainment and more.
Friends and family who aren’t running can join the celebration too by purchasing event admission during race registration.
We’ll once again be collecting toys for Toys for Tots at Marathon Sports at Packet Pickup.
Gather your crew, soak in the magic, and make memories at this can’t-miss winter celebration.

Downtown Jingle 5k Start: 4:00 p.m.
Kids Elves (age 12 and under) 1/4 mile Run Start: 3:30 p.m.

RUN RHODY GRAND SLAM:
Looking for an extra challenge this fall? The Downtown Jingle 5K also serves as the grand finale of the Run Rhody Grand Slam, a four-race series from September through December. Complete the four-race series and earn the 2026 Finisher’s Medal and exclusive Run Rhody Finisher’s Gift!
Select the Grand Slam bundle at registration and save on the Downtown 5K, Providence Monster Dash, Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot, and Downtown Jingle 5K entry fees. Please note, the first race of the series, the Brightstar Downtown 5K, is on Sunday, September 13th.

All the above races will have a kids run and there is an option for the kids to sign up for all four races and complete the GRAND SLAM.
VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS
Please note: the 2026 Downtown Jingle 5K virtual entry does NOT include entry into the holiday light event at Centreville Bank Stadium.
If you are participating in the race virtually, we encourage you to pick up your race shirt from us at a Pre-Race Packet Pickup if you are able to. If you cannot make it, we will mail your shirt to the address provided on RunSignUp AFTER race day.
To submit your virtual results, you will head to RunRhody.com and select “Result” from the top navigation menu. From there, select 2026 and the race name, which will bring you to the results page. You will click a button on the top of the page that says “SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS” to submit your time.
Virtual participation DOES count toward any of our race series, including the Run Rhody Grand Slam, the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, and the Tour de Patrick series.

This event will support Amos House as well as Toys for Tots. All participants are invited to bring a toy for donation to Marathon Sports Providence between November 30th through race morning.
