Join us for the Irish 5K on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Pawtucket, RI. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with loved ones and run or walk this festive 5K. Don’t forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

After the race, meet us at Azul Tequila Bar (formally Murphy’s Law) located at 2 George St. in Pawtucket. Enjoy LIVE MUSIC as you enjoy time with friends and family. CASH BAR. Please Bring ID.

Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under.
Parents may run with their children.

3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome.
Please Note: no pets allowed and strolled must start in the back for safety reasons.

UPGRADE TO THE TOUR DE PATRICK!

The Irish 5K also serves as the first leg of our 3-Race Series, the Tour de Patrick, which celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with three races in three cities in Rhode Island throughout the month of March. Participants can sign up for one, two or all three races! Participants who run all three will receive a Finisher’s Medal upon completion at the Shamrock Shuffle 5K on March 29th. Participants in the full Tour will pick up all three race numbers, three t-shirts at the Irish 5K Packet Pickup.

The Tour de Patrick 5k series include the following 3 5k run/walks.
The first race the Irish 5k will be held in Pawtucket, RI on March 7, 2026 and then the Tour de Patrick moves to Providence for the St Pat’s 5k on March 21, 2026. The final race, the Shamrock Shuffle 5k will conclude on Sunday, March 29, 2026 in North Kingstown RI.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS

If you are participating in the race virtually, we encourage you to pick up your race shirt from us at a Pre-Race Packet Pickup if you are able to. If you cannot make it, we will mail your shirt to the address provided on RunSignUp AFTER race day.

To submit your virtual results, you will head to RunRhody.com and select “Result” from the top navigation menu. From there, select 2025 and the race name, which will bring you to the results page. You will click a button on the top of the page that says “SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS” to submit your time.

Virtual participation DOES count toward any of our race series, including the Run Rhody Grand Slam, the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, and the Tour de Patrick series.
